Regrading to testament of father property

Sir, i want to know about the testament of my father property. i have two children of my parents. i am a single son of my parent and now i am married & now father's of 3 children, and my younger sister should be married. But my Uncle adopted me from my father when i was 13 years old. but now, my father stay with me. I ask you that, have i rights to my Biological father's property. Because, recently Bombay High Court had given the judgement that, the adopted child do not claim the Bio-logical parent property on 30.11.2012. Sir, Please now tell me, have any rights to my children & wife in the my biological father property. They can claim for the property. If no, how is the legal heirs of his property.

The law is from the date of valid adoption the child looses his right of inheritance from his biological parent.
So check whether your adoption was validly executed or not.
If not then you can claim from your father but not from your adopted parents.

you have no rights over your biological parets party if you ahve been adoptted by your uncle

You are now son of your adopted parents so you have full rights only against their properties and forget your biological parents for the purpose of properties.
