I am a resident of Karnataka.I am getting money from sale proceeds of our ancestral property in Andhra.Can I buy Agriculture Land in either Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh. I am not an IT assesse and I dont fall into IT bracket either.How can I buy Agriculture land in either of these states.Suppose,I buy a small piece of Agri land in Andhra can I buy AGri land in Karnataka as I own AGri land in other state.Please help me.

it all deepnds whether in these 2 states non agriculturists can purchase agricultural land or not . for instance in mahrashtra non agriculturist cannot buy agricultural land

You can very well purchase the agricultural land in Karnatka after your sale of agricultural land in AP as desired as there is no such restriction there to do so.
