Q)my case is in mediation center of supreme court where i show willingness to take back my wife but she is adamant. i want to know if mediation fails does mediator forward any comment on the file in favour of husband or wife? moreover does supreme court can order for divorce or to file mutual consent divorce or order husband to deposit alimony amount? if mediation is succesful on certain conditions does that conditions are signed by both parties?

Q) sir i want to know if meditor is satisfy that wife has malafide intention and does not want to join her matrimonial home.what are the power of mediator and power of supreme court in such situation?

Supreme Court is supreme having all powers with it but it never pressurize either of the parties to come to a definite line. It tries to bring the parties to come to a settlement as per mutual understanding.

The power is to record what parties agree to
and in case of disagreement of parties the power is to decide the dispute on merit.

Q)makkad sir i want to put forth some condition in case of reconcilation plz tell me if that are justify or not
1. it was a dowryless marriage
2.both cases filed by my wife are false
3.no relative of my wife will visit my house and vice-versa
4 niether of the parties will file any case either in court or police in future.

plz tell me that above conditions are justify?

It depends upon the mutual agreement of both the parties whether they deem it justified or not. Every person is of his own nature and mentality so how can we tel about both of you.

Q)sir my intention to ask this query is that all the conditions which i mention is justify in eyes of law or not if my wife agrees to these condition does such condition save me and my family from being victim of draconian laws of 498-a/d. voilence in future

Sure. If your wife agrees to insert all the mentioned conditions, then you and your whole family may take the sigh if relief as desired.

ANSWER: NO

Remember that in case you both come to amicable settlement, and consent for it, then only Mediator comes in picture , Otherwise Mediator simply send report, that "IT FAILED"
