How to save property?

(Querist) 14 March 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
Mr....is drunkard having lots of property. He always remain surrounded by flatterers. How his property can be saved in favour of children. That he may not able to transfer to other person through any mean including will.

Gift or sale deed is very costly. Except will whether there is any mode that he can't transfer to a person out of family.

Whether irrevocable will is possible ?

Please if there is any other mode advice me.

Get filed a DV Act case from his wife of daughter and obtain stay order therefrom against sale of disposing off the house property in any manner to any person. This is cheapest and full proof method. Even civil court has got no power under any law to bind a person earning his self acquired property but The Prevention of Woman From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 contains such power.
