Transfer of property

we are three brothers who have inherited the house. my two brothers want to release their rights and thus the entire house has to be transferred in my name. what method should i choose so that i pay less stamp duty?

Get a registered relinquish deed from them.

But one thing i fail to understand you continued to put queries for whole day.
Do you really have a problem?or you yourself is a problem for experts?

It seems the querist is a student and requires preparation of his examination so he is moving different problems and thus is engaging the experts for his preparation.
