Dear Sirs,
1) Can a DKT Land be purchased in AP which is normally cheap in the rural side? If yes, how it should be regularised legally, without any challenge.
2) What are the basic original documents that need to be checked / handed over to transact and what precautions need to be taken prior to purchase of any DKT Agriculture Land?
3) Which Deed needs to be prepared for purchase of a DKT (Darkhast) Agriculture Land, as it is understood that DKT cannot be registered ?
a) Agreement to Sell
b) Sale Deed
c) Deed of Lease for 30 years (extendable) or directly 99 years.
Looking forward for an enlightenment on this subject.

1. There is clear instruction of resumption of the land under A.P. Prohibition of Transfer of Assigned Land (act of 1977) if assignees sold, transferred or leased out the lands.
2. I think after reply to first question, there remains no need to raise subsequent question on the subject.
Such land cannot be transacted.
