Supreme court direction on eviction of tanants with execution filing

I came to know from a legal website that Honourable Justice MARKANDEY KATJU and Honourable Justice GYAN SUDHA MISRA had directed on 12th May 2011 (the exact date may be wrong) the High Courts and Lower Courts that the eviction order of a tenant passed by the court, the landlord need not file an execution case to evict the tanant physically. Can you please do let me know the book number, volume number or any other reference recorded in "AIR". Please help.
I shall be greatful if any member help me with this.
