i live in mumbai and i have got 60% in ty b.com. i want to pursue law as i am doing ca. so in which college i can get admission with this percentage & if it is evening colleges then it will be bes. please help.

Section 33 of The Advocates Act, 1961(33. Advocates alone entitles to practise. — Except as otherwise provided in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, no person shall, on or after the appointed day, be entitled to practise in any court or before any authority or person unless he is enrolled as an advocate under this Act.) bars any other professional to practice in any court or before any authority etc. Section 49 of the Advocates Act gives general powers to the Bar Council of India to make such rules. Under this power the Bar Council of India has framed the rules which prohibits an advocate from engaging in any other profession other than practicing the profession of law.

you can do your law course . obtain law degree .you may not be netitled to practise . for evening classes in law better do some research on your own .
