Labour act regulation and abolition act 1970

(Querist) 22 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sirs,

I am working as a manager in Private Security Company. we generally took Labour License against unit where 20 or more person deployed. but now a days we come across situation where company asking for "Private Security Agency should be registered with Government under the contract Labour Act ( Regulation & Abolition ) 1970"

Can you please put light on this point.

Yes, get you concerned registered with the concerned department of your state. You can get in touch with state labour board as well.

They are right you do need registrations as per laws of your state .

You need to get the registration of your company for ever and not on the basis of your clinet wise. The individual agreement with your clients then can be mad without any formal registration.
