False and fabricated kidnapping case u/s 363 & 365 of ipc

X is innocent . TWO months earier B kidnapped daughter of X for the purpose of marriage and extortion. X has no lodged any type oF complain only Aligarh PS to inform that my daughter has missed from the examination centre. X lives in Patna Bihar. suddenly one day police come to X house and saying that mother of B has lodged FIR to kidnapping of her son. This case is completely false fabricated. what should be right step for X . How to manage police and court. Pls give me right direction for defence . Now i can lodge fir for kidnapping in patna when daughter has kidnapped from ALIGARH alongwith kidnapper was chasing X from PATNA .
