NI ACT 138 CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERD IN 2006.IN THIS CASE NO OF ACCUSED PERSONS ARE 8 ,THE CHEQUE BELONGS TO SOCIETY ALL THE ACCUSED PERSONS ARE DIRRECTORS .SOME ACCUSED PERSONS ARE NOT APPEARING TO THE COURT , SO WHO ARE APPEARING THE COURT ARE INTRESTED TO SPLIT UP THE CASE AND INTRESTED TO PROCEED THE CASE .
IN THIS CASE HOW TO PROCEED ACCORDING TO CRPC
AND CRIMINAL RULES OF PRACTICE A.P,SECTION 20.PLS
EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE HOW TO SPLIT UP THE CASE AND GIVE SOME RELATED CASE LAWS.
HOW TO REPRESENT BEFORE THE HON'BLE COURT PLS EXPLAIN.

The attending directors can not split up the case. What they can ask for declaration of absent Directors as PO and to proceed with the case in trial.

Case can not be spilited as per the wishes of the directors. May proceed for declaring PO the other directors / accused.
