A cruel lier in the name of lawyer..-compensation for accidental death -

Dear Sirs / Madams,
I'm an accident victim.I got miracular escape with injuries when my car got dashed by a lorry.But I lost my precious wife & Father in Law (who drive) on the spot in 2009.After a pathetic condition still I'm struggling to restore my self in both physical & financial aspects.My total business got collapsed & I lost all of my earning sources also.My own house was gone in auction by bank because of non payment of EMI. Now I lost everything including my wife's jewells @ Bank.Now I'm having nothing for my treatment also.My aged mother is only with me.I have no children also.With the help of her family pension my rental home is surviving..It's my situation now.But,My wife was a Tamilnadu Government High School Teacher,her monthly salary at the time of her death was 24,000/- & she had 20 years of her remaining government service.Then we went to one lawer for the compensation we accepted the percentage what he asked with the term of he should manage the expense & all. But after the signing process of mine he told me to pay the court fee & adjust the amount in the settlement.That also we agreed & I paid Rs.50,000/- to him.Then he filled individual 3 cases for the compensation of my wife's death & father in laws death & my injury totally for 50 Lakhs.against the lorry insurer.But,you can't believe that he never produced me in the court even not a single time even after almost 4 years.Every time he told me that the present judge is sanctioning very least compensation, & very soon she will get transfer.Let's proceed with new judge...like that he managed me. Finally he told me my case was dismissed because of non appearance & again he has to restore my case.So again now he is asking me more amount to restore.At the time of initial stage He got so many signatures of mine including my blank cheque shown the reason of court fee.He totally utilized my inability & situation fully for his benefits.The wonder is he knows my pathatic situation very well in stage by stage.At the time of my house's auction, the bank people told me to pay atleast 1 lakh to save the home after seeing my situation. That time I begged him to arrange
just 1 lakh to save my temple where I can heal myself with our memories.But what he did? simply he told me to come tomorrow /I'll defenately give next week....like that with false promises he made me to waste all the grace time given by bank.
Now I'm asking my beloved true lawyers
in the name of justice still I'm trusting with "What the sin I Did?" What solution I can get & What to do further?One more thing,he is not a fake or duplicate lawyer.

The only thing you can do now is to look for some other lawyer to whom you can trust. There are good and bad elements in every field and you have unfortunately come accross and bcome a victim of one of them. Find some other local lawyer who will understand your situation and help you out.

Arrange some other lawyer of repute, he will also help you to get rid of complicated situation like your blank cheques etc.

go before the court and approach for change the lawyer the court may allow to you to change your lawyer, you can contact your lawyer and inform him that your are not willing to his/her service and get NOC from him/her.

Not only a new lawyer should be engaged but you should file a complaint against such black sheep before his bar council under section 35 of Advocates Act, 1961.
