what is the remedy against police MisBehaviour ??... When they refuse to listen to people, Uses haughty language,Uses Non-sense means to ward off someone , uses abusive language.
Is there any Remedy in the Court of Law..??
I have heard that we can file affidavit in High Court...??

You have to have an exact violation of right. General misbehaviour means what actually they have done.

u can file written complaint to commissioner of police against said police persons.

Governments may be of any political party , give full shelter to these police people and seldom any action is taken against them till political issue is made. Misbehavior, abuses are the birth right of police person.
Even than complaints as advised by the senior experts may bring some relief to you.
