In case of bank lease what has to be done when we are vacating the premises. what all documents should i obtain from the land lord after leaving the house?

take refund of your security deposit at time of leaving premises .i presume landlord or licensor has taken inspection of the premises . obtain a letter that on taking inspection no damage has been caused to the flt when you were in possession that keys had been handed over to licensor
