Regarding right to way

Sir \\Mam,
if there is a property and one more property attached to it and if the property owner of the first prop. want to restrict the other prop.holder to coming into his prop.even if the other prop.owner enjoyed the rt. to way (easementory right)since more than 40 yrs.then to what extent the first owner can restrict the other owner from coming into his property.

the first owner cannot restrict other owner from coming into his property.

Legally there is no restriction before the first owner to revoke the illegal passage out of his property until the competent court provides stay order.
