(Querist) 03 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
(1) Property owned by Late grand father who died after making unregistered will distributing the property among all unmarried grand children including female grand children besides his surviving wife, son and daughter in law was sold by male grand sons after the demise of grand mother, parents and distributed the sale proceeds among themselves by totally neglecting the now married grand daughters. While the grand father died in the year 1974, father and mother died around the year 1995 and all the grand daughters were married prior to 1990. Now whether th4e grand daught4ers can initiate legal action to claim their share. If so against whom and whether Civil and or Criminal prosecutions or both.

(2) Similarly with regard to father`s property who died intestate whether daughter`s who were married prior to 1990 could claim. If so what type of action and against whom.
