Our Builder is handing over the society to us.Builder has sold the stilt parking to 22 Nos.of flat owners and now he is handing over Allotment letters to our Society including Property Tax Receipt for allotted Car Parking Area from KDMC.Whether Society has any right to acqire this parking space or so?What is a legal action can Society take to free this parking space?

builder has no powers to sell car parking slots . society can allot car parking slots to members as per norms laid down in bye laws .

make an application to KDMc regarding car parking plans submitted by builder and approved by KDMC .
