hi,we have a property/land located on mumbai -goa road in indapur-taluka mangaon,district raigad & the property is undr my fathers and his sisters name so we were going to make relinquish deed/gift deed.but it wont be possible as my fathers sister is overaged at 80 so she wont be able to make to the registerer office at mangaon so we are going to make will document so can Will be made to be valid before death of person making it?

You can register the deed of relinquishment by way of Commission whereby the registrar on payment of requisite fees would come to your doorstep to do the formality.

The right of ownership is to be relinquished by yourself.
In Tamil Nadu, the Executant alone needs to go to Registrar office and the claimant need not.
As such, your Aunt need not to come to SRO.
