Sra facility for land lords

(Querist) 19 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I am the land lord of a chawl where S.R.A scheme has been implemented. I pay both assessment and NA tax since 1952. One of my tenant is a society member and without informing me has done agreement with the developer and all my tenants are shifted in the rehabilitated building my structure is still in place and is under my possession few days ago B.M.C officials came at the place and pasted an demolition notice on the structure in the name of my tenant .
So my question is
1. whether i have any rights for my property?
2. My consent is mandatory or not according to S.R.A
law?
3. Am i eligible for satisfactory compensation for my
property according to S.R.A law?
4. And if I have any rights which door should I knock
for justice?
