Bogus 498a

Respected All,
Please read about me and give you best advice for same. My wife filed 498a/406/323/506/34 against me and mother & father + my two cousin sisters.

(A) As per police charge sheet (Investing officer) they could not find any evidence against my cousin sisters (Both are students and studying in 12th class) and now

(B) Court (Magistrate) acquit me and my family on behalf of hostile evidence from my wife and his father.
Now my aunty (Mother of cousin sisters) and we are planning to file a case against my ex wife and her family.

We are already in contact with our advocate but I am also looking for expert’s advice. I request to all please help me for same.
Please advise me under which section of law (Criminal & Civil both), we can file case / petition against my ex wife & his father. If you help me then my case will be a lesson for all bogus 498a wife’s. I request to all experts Please….Please …..Please…..help me.

Challenging or counter case against 498a IPC may lead to money and time loss.You should better to file a divorce suit on mutual consent,failing which you can file on contest.

Sorry Its my mistake I did not give full info.

After 498a she want stay with me, because I am father of two daughters so and I love my childrens............

We are staying together for last 4 months, her nature again changed for me and my family. Her family is threatening again.

She dont consult anything with me..apni marji ki malik...agar kuch bologe to dhamki.

I dont want to involve ......I want to attack....but step by step....so I am asking for same.
