Sir , In my suit of 125 I hv been awarded Interim of Rs 6000 along with my minor son. Husband has filed for Revision. I want to file execution now. My present advocate is very famous so is very costly too. Now my query is can I go for another advocate for execution only which can work with small fee insteaed of my present advocate. Can a non fanous advocate or any non specialized advocate can do this job in well way or any specialization is required for execution of interim ? What is the practicle way if execution of interim in 125 . Kindly advise.

Yes you can go for another advocate, no problem. Rest leave it to the intelligence of fresh advocate.

You can engage a different lawyer for execution purose but under such circumstance you file a petition as a party in person yourself instead of looking for another lawyer.
