Fake experience certificate in government job

have finally selected in Aviation Research Centre (Govt. Of India) (a part of RAW). Minimum 1 One experience, but I have not experienced, so I have submitted a fake experience certificate. After the verification department know my experience certificate is fake and I have not joined in the post. So my question is any criminal action against me by the department ?

inform the employer that you have submitted fake certificate . that you dont want to misguide them . apologise for inconvenience caused .
no crimminal action would be taken if you admit your mistake

I don't think, as a student you would have posted a real problem. This seems to be your educational module academic exercise.

You need not join now, as dismissal from service on verification is your destiny, besides a criminal case for forgery and cheating.
Anyway, your academic query has been solved by Mr. Nadeem for answer to your classroom exercise.

The department can lodge criminal case even if you have not joined the job.
Generally, they avoid the litigation.

Sethi ji,
Easy going can be the habit of students. If his assignments, moot court exercises or classroom exercises can be solved by the experts here, why they should feel the need to make their own knowledge sound by being attentive in their own classroom or by going through their law books and tutorials?
