Cancellation of the anticipatory bail

Accused of under Section 498A IPC file a false affidavit before a high court along with his false and incorrect application for anticipatory bail which was granted to him.

After some time in the course of investigations, it has transpired that was found to be untrue. Now court trial get started. The prosecution is now likely to inform the court about this revelation, seeking cancellation of the bail granted to accused in the 498A case.
( also he hide from High court that his first & second anticipatory bail was rejected by session court )

what is the procedure to cancel bail ???

what are contents of affidavit that you belive to be false?

make an application under section 439(2) for cancellation of bail

Since the prosecution is proceeding for cancellation of the bail, let the court proceed and decide on merits.

@ ajay sethi : victim have strong evidence that shows the affidavits are 80% false and fabricated but due to the social site its not comfortable to disclose.
