According to that the Taluka Magistrate has filed the FIR in the Police station u/s 135(e) of The representation of the peoples Act 195. My questions are, 1. As the FIR has been lodged by the P.S.O.in NC matter then there is the obligation to the mnagement to suspend the employees under the rules of Maharashtra Employees of Private school?

since FIR is lodged let cops investigate the complaint . whether management is using its employees for political purposes will clear from report on investigations

Let the police conduct the investigation, agree with the expert. If management in doing any act contrary to the ROP Act complaint may be lodged against it also.

You have already done your bit. Now wait for Police and EC to do theirs.
High Court is there if Police fails to act on your complaint.

Yes you may wait for the police to initiate action against the erring officials
