Name confusion

Dear sir,
My father has bought a land and registered for my name(alias name) 20 years back.I dont have supporting documents for that name.I have documents only for original name.How can i proceed further for making it clear.
Original name : R.Divadoss
alias name : R.Shivadas

Dear Sir,
My father has bought a land and got registered on my name and my brother name.My brother and his wife passed away.one male child(minor) is with me.How can i make that property to get a loan from bank or to make it clear without legal issues.

You can execute an affidavit stating that both are same persons.
If the property is in your possession then try to sell it asap to avoid more complications in future.

your PAN card should reflect name mentioned in registered document . you can execute affidavit that both are same persons . sell off the property to avoid future legal complications
