Want to change dob as per birth certificate

My actual dob is 19-11-1968 as per kolkata municipal corporation certificate. But dob in school certificate is 18-11-1969 which occured due to mistake in filling up my school form. My passport was made on dob in school certificate. Now I want to have a court order for accepting 19-11-1968 as dob and correcting all relevant documents accordingly. How do i move for the court order?

If you want to file suit consult a local lawyer.
It would be very difficult to get all the documents rectified at this stage.

since more than 2 years have passed school board wont make any changes in your school leaving certificate without court order . contact a local lawyer and move court for correcting name in school leaving certificate based on DOB recorded in birth certificate

Normally the School Leaving Certificate is the base for date of birth and in your case all other documents are having the same dob as that of School certificate. As Pass Port also granted with that date, practically you can ignore the birth certificate of the municipality. If you are so keen that all your record should carry the correct date of birth, it is difficult to get the records changed at this stage unless you file a declaration suit. Why do you want to change the record when there is no problem practically?
