My father expired in april 2014.I have an elder sister(married) and Mother. Father had done a will in 2012. According to the will the property(house and car) will be inherited by my Mother during her life time and then shall be solely owned by son(me).The will was done on stamp paper with consultation with a lawyer and attested by 2 witness.
Since the beginning of my sisters marriage(2010), there has been a rift between my parents and my sisters family, i.e reason for the will to be done immediately after her marriage to ensure that all the hard earned property stays within the family.
Is it necessary for us to execute the will As soon as possible?, Is there any legal way for my sister to insist on share in property despite the will?

apply for probate of will . your sister can dispute genuine ness of will . contest the probate proceedings
