Dear Experts,
I have started a Charitable Trust and I am the Managing Trustee of the Trust.Can wife claim anything from my Trust under DV or any other act.

If she is not a member or stakeholder in the Trust she cannot claim otherwise she can claim.
Consult local lawyer.
