We agreed at muttley consent divorce with the agreed amount i.e 3.50 lakhs. they said we paid all the amount at once without waiting the second date i.e was after 6 month . we already paid rs. 1 lakhs in front of panchayat and balance amount paid in front of advocate(both the party)writing on plane paper with the signature of bothe the party's advocate instead of affidavit (becoz. our advocate said affidavit is not valid). my question is that in whole the process if that girls will not be came on the 2nd date, can we get divorce even after we give all the money to her & she will not came after 6th month to give her statement.

If the girl does not come on 2nd date you can do nothing except to forget divorce and the money.

If the girl does not come on second motion, divorce can not be granted. For money you have to file civil suit against the girls family.

You cannot file any case against the lawyer. But you can lodge criminal complaint against the girl for cheating, though it may not sustain. Or curse your fate and remain silent.

becoz lawyer said to give all the money in faith of him and he said we get one side divorce if she will not came. He(our lawyer) is gud frds of panchayat sarpanch. he tell us we have to faith on him, so that why we ready to pay all the amount befor waiting 2nd motion. we have 6 month, what should we do to save our side for divorce as well as money also.

your divorce petition would be dismissed if your wife does not attend court on second motion . no case lies against lawyer

well if he indeed said so then he must be unscrupulous person as in no circumstances one sided divorce can be granted if one of the parties is absent.
File case against all of them who defrauded you.

MCD is filed in the Court or before Panchayat?
How lawyers are involved in getting/paying money, if the case is in Court?
It has to be paid/received in Court Room by Demand draft only.
I find something wrong or unable to follow the author/query.

This appears to be a fraud played by some people for their wrongful gains victimising you, it is better to clarify and get the things straight before it is too late.
