hi this is anvesh as i had a discussed earlier regarding the said subject i attended my hearing on 24 nov and her companies representative has came and produced all my wife docs of employement but he didnt produced resignation letter or relieving letter and he is telling tht she left in the month of september also it wasnt mention on the summon so is he also liable to produced resignation letter etc despite it has not being mentioned in the summon which was issued to her company. he has produced offer letter, salary slip frm april to august 2014,salary structure only.
2. Now as im paying 2500 as interim maintenace frm july 2014 so despite the job of my wife she had also taken 2500 rs as interim ,maintenance so wht could be the further step to take action against her as the next hearing is on jan month
3. also the judge is quite bias and she herself told tht if the real facts come in front of me than i will ask her to return all money which u r paying as IM. so can i ask for the same on jan hearing.also sec 340 is also in progress.
so wht cud be the hardcore step i need to take against her.pls help me

Unless and until the employment and earning of the wife is proved, you can not avoid her maintenance.
Bring those evidence on record.

Without court orders you can not discontinue payment of interim maintenance. You should bring all facts on the record and that she left job to receive maintenance.
