Sir,
I have a problem to put name in property card,
My grand father is died in jan 1962 from that Uncle is handle our home that time we are in united family, in 1988 the city survey officer is come to survey in our village and the officers written the uncle name on all property card. there is nothing to my father. my uncle is died in Jan 2007. now his wife & two sons are agree to HAKKA SOD Patra. we are apply for that in city survey office. but the officers are saying they can not put my father name in property card
pl help me & tell me another process

The revenue records alone will not be an evidence to title of property, the property documents are to be seen for it, take the advise of a local lawyer on such issues by apprising him of the prevailing situation.
