Hello, my problem is that its my second marriage and my husband first ..I had a daughter of 5 years during my second marriage.. Now I have 2 more kids with this marriage.. But still I m living with my parents..he called me to his house for 30 minutes and leave me at my parents home..when go alone to my husband place his brother and his wife gave me mentally torture ..and she harrased me that she will call her brothers ..my husband didn't say a word to make her quite..I m alone I need some suggestions.

file liquidated damages for mental torture under sec 500 and you can go for divorce too if you desire, under cruelty.

Ask for maintenance for yourself and children followed by other action/case(s) as advised by your (local) lawyer.

Where does UR elder daughter stay?If U R legally married to UR present husband,U can certainly file cases under DV Act and 498A too.Better rely on a good local lawyer.

You have lot of options to follow owing to the insecure situation prevailing at your end. You may consult a local lawyer and initiate criminal cases against him and his close relatives for cruel acts against you under section 498a of IPC and also domestic violence act against them besides seeking monthly maintenance from him under section 125 cr.p.c. for yourself and your children born through him.
