Under this act a case for partition of a only Dwelling House bequeathed to me by a unregisterd will of my father was been filed on me a only son of my parents whom I have lost in 1996. They hav chanllenged the will while probate and got succed.They were diriected as per 2005 amendment they are entiteled even though the case was pending in High court for more than Ten years.Now please guide me wht I hav to do. Ihav proved the genunies of the will by 4 witness but it was ignored

You say you have proved the execution and also say court ignored. If you are aggrieved, go for appeal against the order/judgement.

Thank U all for ur kind reply.
Under this act a case for partition of a only Dwelling House bequeathed to me by a unregisterd will of my father was been filed on me a only son of my parents whom I have lost in 1996. They hav chanllenged the will while probate and got succed.Under special provision act{sec 23} of dwelling house the case was also not considered even in supreme court in appeal They were diriected as per 2005 amendment they are entiteled even though the case was pending in High court for more than Ten years.Now please guide me wht I hav to do. Ihav proved the genunies of the will by 4 witness but it was ignored

My sisters all are married before 1986 Under this act a case for partition of a only Dwelling House bequeathed to me by a unregisterd will of my father was been filed on me a only son of my parents whom I have lost in 1996. My sisters They hav chanllenged the will while probate and got succed.They were diriected as per 2005 amendment they are entiteled even though the case was pending in High court for more than Ten years.Now please guide me wht I hav to do. Agree with Mr Ramesh. If you have proved genuineness of will, you should file appeal against the order.
