Name minor mistake

Hi All,
My dad Venkatanarayanan has a property which was registered in 1994 but in document his name was specified as Venkatanarayanaswamy but his dad name s mentioned correctly. Wat can we do to get it rectified. Can we go for rectification deed. Will this require seller. My dad has patta with his photo and property tax are duely paid then and there and have originals in place. Kindly guide us to get it corrected.. wat and sll docs required for the sae if so.

Mistake is only superficial; And it is too late to be corrected. Have you or your father faced any problem because of this inconsistency?

We are planning to dispose this property.
Just now noticed this. Wanna know whether we will face any issue while disposing. My grand dad's name to ends with swamy.
