Illegal storage of drugs by doctor

The FDA department has seized Medicines from the hospital(not shop)on reason that the licence has not been taken to sale the drugs. What should be maximum time period to lodge FIR after giving notice to doctor? If no FIR has been lodged then ,what is procedure to follow to get back all medicines? Can I approach court for compensation?

Are U demanding or requesting for a reply from the experts?
The police can lodge an FIR within 90 days from the date of seizure of unlicensed medicines.
Any hospital other than a Govt Hospital is not entitled to preserve medicines that are to be sold except physician's samples.
It is also a violation of the Drugs & Cosmetic (amendment) Act 2008.

Kept for emergency and was dispensing the drugs during emergency at night as no drug store available in my city (Actually village)
Doctor can not treat without availability of Medicines..

But that storage of drugs could have given a chance to UR foes,to complain about illegal storage without permission.If U R running a dispensary in a village U could have obtained permission from the concerned dept,for storing emergency medicine.

Seems that the author of the academic query expects getting forced response from the experts without making mention, as to how he is concerned with the problem or the concerned doctor, as from all his posts posts, he has not made any mention about that even in his recent post after 11 months!

Sorry ,Dingra Sir for posing so late .But I want to know wheather I will face FIR or not.I have visited the authority and was able to explain about the facts.But he has not taken any action till date.
