Hello,

I have been serviced documents of a Arbitration Petition by Petitioners Lawyer. On the Attached Letter it says High Court O.O.C.J Arbitration Petition (L) No. XXXX of 2015.

When I search the number on http://bombayhighcourt.nic.in is says Case Not Found

I would like to know:

1.How can I find what date I have to be in court.

date must be written on envelope in which u got documents. check it.

You can request for a copy of the orders to the sending person with request of extension of time for your response.

Dear AK Ji, I am finding from the website of Bombay High Court that the case has already been disposed of on 11/03/2015.

The case was L&T Finance Ltd Vs Sagar B Gajera Arbitration Petition No 30/2015. Judge was Justice S J Kathawalia. It is to note that the respondent was not represented by any lawyer or he was not present in person also.

The case went against the respondent.
