Partition of n.a. land

As the two individual company have purchased several n.a.land in joint venture. Now they want to divid and make partion for the same. What should have to do..is petition deed is the best way. And same is possible even though the same property is not ancestral property.?

the both companies can make/execute Partition Deed and it will come under the partition between others and the stamp duty shall be paid accordingly. for stamp purpose consult nearest SRO as the stamp duty is vary to state to other state.

One can file partition suit and obtain decree or ececute registered partition deed.
