Dear experts,
My query is this can a family pensioner live in relationship. Family Pension is sanctioned after the affidavit given by my father will not marry again in future.

Your query is purely academic in nature, as like other similar queries of yours. However, marrying again and live-in relationship are two different things.

Obviously, your mother has expired and hence, he is getting family pension. He is entitled for the family pension until he remarries. A live-in relationship does not constitute a valid marriage.
Your father, in all probability, is a senior citizen. It could be that the children are not taking care. What is required is care and understanding from the grown-up children and hostility as is pronounced by the repeated queries you are raising on the issue.
You may also note that the arrangement is to your advantage in the long run. If your father remarries, the second wife also would be a legal heir to his properties.

are you the same person who was desperately seeking some legal advise or other against his father?
