Hi,
Myself Shanmukham, I've selected for Andra bank as po. My query is, ' Few years back false IPC 307 case filed against me and court gave clean chit in that case and made me free. And I didn't mentioned about same during filling application form, will there be any trouble during joining and police verification. Please guide me... I'm totally depressed even after clearing exam succesfully. Please do help...

The Bank can charge you for concealment and act as per its internal rules.

Had you mentioned and had the bank denied joining you had the option to approach court of law.

If bank declines now, you can approach court of law, thru an able counsel.

Since you did nit bellicose it at the very beginning now it is worthless to think about the consequences.
Pray to the God that the bank never comes to now about this fact.
