Car accident

sir,
I am from Kerala.I was met with an accident at Bengaluru on 02/04/2016.
I was riding my car left side of the road. There was a man riding motorcycle from the opposite direction. He was in overspeed.Suddenly he slipped and we both met with an accident. He injured lightly and discharged the same day. He complaint that I was riding against the oneway .But, there is no signals showing oneway. The police filed a case against me under section IPC 279-337.
How should I handle this?

you have not clarified whether you were actually driving against one way rule.

The main factor is whether it was one way.

Any monetary claim would be dealt with by your insurance company.

The offence charged is not serious. You can close the matter by pleading guilty without getting into the labyrinths of court's procedure.
