Society not providing Share certificate

Hello, I have purchased a flat last year and also applied to society for share certificate. But still society chairman and secretary are not responding to my application.
Please suggest.

Sir,
If you have purchased the flat from an existing member then you will get the Share certificate from him and the society will endorse it in your favor.
If, however, you have purchased the flat from builder, then submit a copy of the registered agreement to the society for a share certificate.

Again take up in writing with the society office bearers.
If no effect discuss with local lawyer and send legal notice.

What type of society you have referred in your query?
If it is Cooperative Society and your application for issuance of share certificate is more than 30 days, (presumably your application is undecided by Managing Committee) approach Registrar Cooperative Societies (of your State) as per State Cooperative Act/Rules and Bye-laws adopted by the Society.
However, consult a local lawyer for better appreciation of facts and proper guidance/ proceeding.

1. File Grievance Petition before the local Consumer Forum (court), against the Society & Secretary, and also claim damages and compensation.
2. The nefarious MC /Society would magically issue you share certificate, when they receive the Notice from the Consumer Court.

I am all appreciation for advise by Expert Mr. Hemant Agarwal and the way it is drafted and worded; 'The nefarious MC /Society would magically issue you share certificate'.
Some person that fit their backs* in the chair understand such language only.
There are other words* that are popular and in circulation and some other that are in local languages but carry wight.
Since English is medium of communication the draft in this language matters.
