I have a Copy of F.I.R U/s 323,504 dt 19/10/15 IPC,Medial is also done by polie but nothing has been done yet ,suggest what to do,what about Charge sheet

By this time the investigation must have been completed and charge sheet should have been submitted.
Check once from court there the same is done or not.
If not then file a writ petition in high court against police inaction.

Are you complainant / victim, who lodged the complaint, what was the crime?

You can get details and pursue the case in court and prey to court to order for filing charge sheet at an early date.
