My friend has file DV . My queries are as follow. 1) mediation fails . Mediation has submitted report to court. What will court do on next date?2) can anyone tell sequence of activities in court after failure of mediation ?3) Her lawyer is not coming on dates in court. As opposite party is rich it may be possible that lawyer might have tide up with them. She has changed lawyer but again same problem continue. Can she herself argue in court for her case? She has evidence of allegation. If yes; what is the way so that she can argue or fight herself for her case?

1. Court will proceed to hear the case in merit.
2. for sequence of events talk to your lawyer. This not a classroom.
3. There is no dearth of honest lawyers. So search for him. Else ask your friend to argue the case till she finds one suitable for her case.

Any party in a case can appear in person.

1. Court would start trial.
2. Routine proceedings like in all other cases, discuss with your lawyer.
3. can search some reputed lawyer.
She should file cases at her paternal place, it would be beneficial for her in such matters.
