Motor insurance

I applied for a motor claim in ICICI LOMBARD for my car damage in Diwali fire.
Brought the car to an authorized garage by company's free towing service but due to high cost of repairing at garage,I took back the delivery of car without job done after two days. Surveyor took pics but did not process the claim saying FIR was not attached with claim form. What to do now? Will the company provide me NO CLAIM BONUS on renewal? I have already got my car repaired in a fraction of the cost the garage quote?What happens if I don't do anything now?
