Based on the facts disclosed, NO is the answer.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 01 January 2017
No. The examination notification only applies to students graduating from academic year 2009-10 onwards. If your law degree was awarded prior to 2009-10, there is no requirement to appear for the All India Bar Examination in order to qualify to practice law in India.

Ms.Usha Kapoor and Mr.Bharat When your reply to an Advocate Itself It sounds very Vague and Irresponsible Then How the Other authors to whom you Post the Replies/Advise would Value your replies.Obviously Mere Time Pass with No Meaningful Legal Value.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 January 2017
All India Bar Examination has to be cleared if LLB degree is 2009-10 onwards.

It is mandatory whether the person propose to practice in state or out of state if degree is 2009-10 onwards.

There is no restriction on the no. of chances to be availed.

Enrollment in Bar Council can be taken before clearing the examination.
