Can complaintant apply for cancellation of bail of accused thriugh then personal lawyer?

If police does not register FIR, move to court file direct complaint.

Answer is 'YES', the complainant can apply to the court for the cancellation of the bail on these grounds even by appointing a personal lawyer of the original complainant.
