Hello dear expert! I have one query, sir a partner was retired from partnership after entering into retirement cum reconstituion of partnership deed. In this deed he got 4 shop on his name as his share for retirement, so on the basis of said deed i purchased one shop out of the siad 4 shop .now my question is what original document i should take from him after entering into sale deed pls suggest
For eg. I mean to say that if i purchased one shop i take original sale deed of all previous owner when i enter in to sale deed. So in same way what document i should take from a retiring partner , hope you understand my query pls suggest

Sir i took search in sub registrar their i found shop on retiring partner name, i search in municipal council, i took completion certificate and xerox copy of retirment cum partnership deed. Is this enough ?

Sir original retirement cum partnership deed is with him because he owned 4 shop after retirment therefore the original retirement cum partnership deed is with him is it ok?

The query lacks clarity. What exactly is the issue. Anyhow, there is no legal obligation for the seller to handover the previous documents to the buyer.

It is advisable to collect the old original documents including mother deed at the time of execution of the sale deed. And get the title transferred after the execution of the final conveyance.
