I just buy house in dombivali which is coming under collector lan...I don't know what is collector lan...what should I do now ?

See bit confused on termed you used , may be I guess house is standing on land which is owned by state , and hence it may be called collector land because without his permission nothing on that land can be done legally.

Get property card from city survey office , if property card is not there then get 7 12 extract require personal study

Further document analysis is required

Please note if it is collector land you need to go for encroachment reguralizing or converition of land to class 1 land ( rules not yet notified mostly )

See it is problem but if you deal legally and properly problem can be solved permanently . Solve it legally for ever , many places local politicians are taking for ride don't seat in their car , solve your problem legally permanently so no one can knock door of yours to trouble you
