Sir,

If a SC/ST attrocity case is filed against a person in Visakhapatnam District, Can he get anticipatory bail from Visakhapatnam Local Court or must he go to Hyderbad High Court?? What can be the expected expenses for getting anticipatory bail??

If we know that SC/ST attrocity case is false case, can we file counter case on them for defamation and for getting compensation for all the unnecessary expenses and mental torture borne by us??

The Anticipatory Bail to be filed in concerned High Court or Sessions Court only.The Lawyer's Fees depends on the Advocate and better appoint a Senior Good Advocate to complete the job in one stroke.

Rajkumar Sir,

Thanks for reply. Some people told me that we need to go to High Court only for getting anticipatory bail. So, Is it mandatory to get bail only at Hyderabad High Court ?? or Can we get anticipatory bail at Visakhapatnam Court only??

You should approach session court first for anticipatory bail.
