Hi every one !
My name is simar ,I have been living in delhi in live in relationship with my boyfriend since 12 years,
Two years back we got married in Arya samaj mandir without our family constent,
And one week before I got to know that he was already married 3 years ago in his village bihar under family pressure,
I was shocked and still I am in same condition or more worse..
I always used to ask him to inform his family
But he always denied with excuses
Whenever he brought his village wife to delhi he used to say me his parents came here for doctor,
He even used my credit card to present his village wife and told me his father is in hospital that's why he needs my credit card,
He has also one daughter from her..
When I asked him about his marriage he told me he doesn't like this women and want to stay with me..
He also write the Same on paper and signed it out there,,,
Three days before he ran away with his village wife to Ahmadabad and left all his academic qualification degree at my house,
He used to call me time to time saying that he would come back to me and I should wait for him,
He is lying ..
I am in depression now ,I am totally not able to come along with this situation for me it's terrible and now getting life threatening,
What kind of action can I take against him and what kind of evidence do I need for that?
Please suggest me
I would appreciate for any help,

If your Arya Samaj marriage had taken place After his marriage in Bihar Only the First Marriage would be legally Valid though your relationship in live in for 12 years.You had not mentioned about your children if any.If you have a Child before 3 years that is before his Bihar Marriage Legally you could be Strong Other wise better forget and forgive him.Have a Good Psychiatrist Counselling.Consult a Good Advocate Locally if required.

But you really think such kind of person could be forgiven..!!! ????
I have still my marriage certificate from arya samaj ,
Can I not take any legal action against him???
Is it not the case of cheating fraud or bigamy??
I have no problem to go for counselling ,
I would do,
But please tell me there is not any legal action that I can take against him?
Or anyone who does like that should be forgiven??

Consult a Local Good Senior Advocate with all evidences of what you had stated Preferably in Women's Legal Aid Forums available in all the Courts and they would guide you accordingly.

How about my credit card payment,can
I police make any pressure on him to pay it back?
Yesterday I got know there are so many other people from whom he took money but didn't give them back,
Am I allowed to go for marriage without resolving this marriage?
My parents has not single idea that I am married..
my father is heart patient,
Is it necessary to inform them?
I find out that he was fired from his job (hdfc bank ) because of credit card fraud with his customer,
How long does it take time to resolve such cases in court?

His Consent is Not Required for your Marriage.Still he should not create any disturbance to your after married life.Make a Police complaint for his repayment of your dues preferably in the Women's Wing.Consult A Local Good Advocate

It is a fit case for committing offences of bigamy, fraud and cheating, move to Delhi Court through a local prudent lawyer after lodging police complaint/FIR with evidences.

I would follow all your suggestions ,
Yes off course I have his Home town address as well as of delhi.
I have one more question ,in a mean while if I go for marriage then my case would be weaker ?
Or it would not have any impact on my case against him ?
Or my marriage would be illegal?
Or first I should go to court to make application to void my first marriage?
Or my second marriage would be another bigamy ?
What would you suggest me ?
